• Billing details, GST number, and PAN card details for invoicing and tax compliance.
• KYC documents required for DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration as per TRAI regulations.

As a communication platform, we process data on your behalf. This includes:

• Message Content: The text, images, or rich media contained in your SMS or RCS campaigns.
• Recipient Data: Mobile numbers uploaded to our system for message delivery.

• To route and deliver SMS and RCS messages via telecom operators (Telcos).

• To register your Entity, Headers, and Templates on the DLT platform.
