1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the services provided by YouBulkRCS Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Service Provider"), you ("Client" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services.

2. TRAI & DLT Compliance (Strictly Enforced)

• DLT Registration: The Client acknowledges that per TCCCPR 2018, all entities sending SMS must register on a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) platform (e.g., PingConnect, Jio, SmartPing). YouBulkRCS is not liable for message failure due to lack of DLT registration.
• Template Matching: All SMS content must exactly match the templates approved on the DLT platform. YouBulkRCS reserves the right to block messages that do not match approved templates.
• Promotional vs. Transactional: The Client agrees not to route promotional content via transactional or service-implicit routes. Violations will result in immediate termination.

3. Prohibited Content & Usage

The Client agrees NOT to use the YouBulkRCS platform to transmit:

• Adult, pornographic, or obscene content.
• Bank fraud, phishing links, or malware.
• Hate speech, political smear campaigns, or seditious material.
• Gambling or betting related content (unless legally licensed).

We reserve the right to inspect message content and share details with law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected.

4. RCS Services Specific Terms

• Brand Verification: RCS agents require approval from Google and mobile carriers. YouBulkRCS assists in this process but does not guarantee approval.
• Device Compatibility: RCS messages only fallback to SMS if the "SMS Fallback" feature is enabled and the recipient's device is not RCS compatible.
• Pricing: RCS pricing is session-based (24-hour window) or per-message based, depending on the current carrier commercial models.

5. Payments, Refunds & Taxes

Pre-paid Services: Most services are pre-paid. Credits are added to the user wallet upon payment realization.

GST: All payments are subject to 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian government norms.

Refunds: Credits once allocated are generally non-refundable. In case of account termination due to policy violation, remaining credits will be forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability

YouBulkRCS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or message delivery failures caused by telecom operators.
